To keep your vinyl sundeck looking its best, keep area clean off rotting vegetation example: leafs, potted plants etc. If you do want potted plants on your deck make sure you keep moving them around and not keep them in the same place. Also never use cedar planters or cedar furniture on your deck. The best thing for you BBQ is to place a drip pad under it. It is also always good to re-caulk any appropriate areas on your deck.
